The staff are well trained and enterprising .Special Mention and thanks to Mr.Sagar the sales executive , Mr.Salish-Sales manager for the extra mile on discounts and service commitment ,Special mention and thanks to Mr. Jagdish for smooth sail of documentation on SBI loan .Special mention to accessories team Mr.Manjunath and entire team who have contributed . I was a Proud owner of Mahindra Bolero for 5 years and happy to Change to Scorpio 4WD S10 with amazing features.On the Vehicle feedback ,its amazing to drive ,love the head lights &driving comfort ,only suggestion that would come to mind is the Roof top AC for the rear seats & spare remote key / better auto locking system would complete it 100% .Again Appreciating Anant cars and team for this wonderful vehicle and service on Sales delivery and making the whole experience 10/10 rating.
Our journey to becoming a part of the Mahindra family began with rave reviews from friends regarding Anant Cars and their professional and personalised way of handling customers. And to our absolute delight, they were right. Our first call to Anant Cars was met with professional courtesy and Mr. Naveed immediately got the cars that we wanted to test drive right at our door-step, albeit our door was on the other end of the city. And, he answered all our questions patiently and proficiently.
After much deliberation and many test-drives of various cars, we finally decided on Scorpio S4+; and the reins were passed on to Mr. Sagar and Mr. Muthuraj. They worked out a great deal for us and were very professional in answering all our queries. Mr. Sagar personally was involved in every step of the entire process and was very professional in his entire dealings. He almost hand-held us through the entire documentation processing!
The day of picking up our new Scoripio arrived and we arrived at the Anant Cars showroom way before time. The entire staff at Anant Cars, Bannerghatta treated us with great hospitality, meeting our every demand with a smile. Mr. Sagar guided us through the entire process, explaining all the documents and signing up process. He told us that a small pooja would be held for our car at the end of Rahu-Kaala, when we can drive our brand-new car (Imagine, such minute details regarding even auspicious time! Very impressive!)
We were expecting some small pooja with maybe some pictures clicked and we would be given the car keys. But imagine our delight, when we saw the beautiful unveiling and the elaborate pooja done by the special pujari at Anant Cars. Our entire family was very happy and impressed with the elaborate arrangements. And, the personalised gifts given was most appreciated.
We must place on record our appreciation and gratitude to Anant Cars for the professional way in which they undertook the entire dealings, with our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sagar, Mr. Naveed and Mr. Muthuraj. We wish Anant Cars many more happy smiles at every mile!
As of today (Feb 13, 2016), I'm the proud owner of an XUV 500 (KA05 MS 8611). Anant Cars delivered the vehicle as per their promise and it has been a really good experience with the entire team. The main thing I would like to focus on my feedback mail and congratulate the Anant Cars team would be the excellent customer service.
I first walked into the showroom at the worst possible day -- the first weekend after the launch of KUV 100. The showroom was swarming with customers and the entire sales team were seen running from pillar to post to accommodate all the customer requests.
I had almost decided to buy Renault Duster at that time but I wanted to have a final look at XUV 500. I walked in alone (my wife, three-year old son and one-year old daughter were waiting outside in our Maruti hatchback) into the show room and the sales team greeted me with a smile. Well, that makes a lot of difference!!. I've walked in alone into a lot of other car show rooms and I have seen customers with family given a more preferential treatment. Here, it was different and the sales team managed to find me a sales executive (Mr Lokesh) who was more than happy to spend some good time with me and was patient enough to talk to me about the various features of the car.
I never bargain for things (don't assume that I'm a rich guy) as I think I suck at it. But Lokesh offered me a lot of discounts and several accessories free of cost, which made me rethink my plans for Duster.
Overall, it was an excellent experience at Anant Cars, Bannerghatta road, Bangalore for me and I have to be brutally honest here -- I never expected such a level of customer experience from an Indian auto manufacturer.
I'm looking forward to continue my association with Anant Cars as you can be sure that I would be one of the first customers to book the KUV 100 when/if Mahindra ever decides to launch an automatic variant. It would be for my wife!!
The pre-sales experience has been top-notch and I am expecting the same during post-sales as well. I have heard mixed reviews about Mahindra service and my plans for KUV 100 Automatic would very much depend on my post-sales experience at Mahindra.

I am Syed Zahoor Ul Hassan from Bangalore. A consultant by profession at Capgemini India Pvt. Ltd. and a die-hard travel & Automotive freak. I am also a decade old member of the renowned automotive & travel forum Team-BHP. I am writing this mail to express my gratitude towards Mahindra for coming-up with such an astonishing product, the New Age XUV 500 and also sharing you the pictures of my expedition "A 9000 Kms Road trip from Bangalore to Ladakh". I purchased my XUV 500 W10 on 16th July 2015 from Anant Cars Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore and since then it has clocked a whopping 23000 Kms (and counting).First of all I would like to tell you that my experience with the XUV has been great. The XUV performed effortlessly throughout the 9000 Kms journey which lasted for 18 days. At the Mumbai-Pune expressway the car could manage a top speed of 200 Km/h and it did not show any signs of nervousness. There were times at which I could easily clock over 1100 Kms a day effortlessly. The 6th gear was a boon to use coupled with its monocoque construction which lead to great handling of the car.
The XUV could drive well on the mighty Zoji La pass(One of the top 10 dangerous roads of the world) and the Khardung La Pass(The highest motorable road in the World at 18636 Ft) without any underbody hits at any of the places and also considering the thin oxygen levels. There wasn't any issue in driving the XUV in the snow as the 17" Apollo Apterras provided ample traction, though an AWD was sorely missed. I felt the TPMS feature to be really helpful as the real-time tire pressure could be easily monitored with the assistance of Mahindra's Blue Sense app. The average fuel efficiency attained throughout was ~13.4 KMPL and I found it to be pretty good considering 5 adults on board with loads of luggage and the triple-digit speed. I would be writing a detailed travelogue on Team-BHP very soon. I find the XUV to be of great VFM for the amount of features it offers and the heart of the XUV - the 2.2 mHAWK which does its job effortlessly.Previously the XUV had been to the parts of Southern India like Munnar, Kochi, Kovallam and Kanyakumari. Kashmir to Kanyakumari, 18 States in less than 6 months of ownership and the mile-munching continuesJ
The service provided by Anant Cars, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore has been superb throughout. Special thanks to the Manager Mr. Sethi and Service Manager Mr. Kanakaraj for guiding me through every service of the vehicle. The smallest of the issue was immediately resolved by my RM Ambreen.I have enclosed few pictures of my expedition and I give you all the rights to use them in what ever manner you would like to, be it promotions, commercials, social-media or your personal use.
On another note, I would sincerely request M&M to give me an opportunity to be a part of any of the automotive events undertaken by the company like the Torque day at Buddh International Circuit, The great escape, drive to the Himalayas, Everest base camp, Bhutan or any other similar event(s). I would be really overwhelmed.
